1. Order Processing Time
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Confirmation: You will receive another notification email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer shipping across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping:
Cost: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of ₹29 on all orders.
Delivery Time: 5-7 business days.
Express Shipping (if offered):
Cost: ₹150
Delivery Time: 2-3 business days.
3. Shipping Zones
Domestic: We ship to all serviceable pin codes within India.
International: Currently, we do not ship to locations outside of India.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this number to track your package’s journey.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier’s system.
5. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Damages: We take utmost care in packaging our products. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Lost Packages: If you have not received your order within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@cosmouni.co.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Stolen Packages: Cosmo Uni is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
6. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipping at an additional fee.
