1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us immediately at info@cosmouni.co.in with your Order ID.
Refund for Cancellation: If your order is canceled before it is shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, it will be treated as a return.
2. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products (perfumes), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products based on personal preference, such as dislike of a scent after opening.
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
You received the wrong product (e.g., you ordered Orion but received Supernova).
The product arrived damaged or defective (e.g., broken bottle, non-functional spray).
Return Window: You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.
Conditions for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging (unless it was received damaged).
You must have the original proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip).
3. Damages and Issues
This is our top priority. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.
If your item is defective, damaged (e.g., bottle is broken or leaking), or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must send an email to info@cosmouni.co.in with:
Your Order ID.
A clear description of the issue.
A photograph or video of the damaged/wrong item and the shipping box.
We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, we will send you a replacement for the damaged/wrong item at no additional cost.
4. How to Initiate a Return (for approved cases)
Do not send any items back to us unless we have approved the return.
Contact us at info@cosmouni.co.in with your Order ID and the reason for your return request (with photos as required).
If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you if the refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
